Our Story

TsaoCaa(朝茶) originates from southern China, specifically Fujian province. The original founder had a  vision of pursuing the holy land of tea. The term 朝means “pilgrimage” and 茶means “tea”. Combined, they symbolize the team’s dedication to the journey of finding the finest teas. Since entering the US market in 2018, TsaoCaa has experienced remarkable growth. In just six years, we’ve expanded from a single store in Flushing, NY to around 56 locations, with over 17 franchise contracts awaiting opening. Today, TsaoCaa can be found in numerous cities across the US, spanning from New York to Florida, Chicago to Texas and all the way to Denver, Colorado. In Ohio, TsaoCaa has established a presence in the three largest cities: Columbus, Cincinnati and Cleveland. Our Columbus location is 100% minority owned and women-owned. Our owners share the same vision as the founders, carefully crafting each cup of tea to ensure a memorable experience, akin to the specialty coffee culture. We offer an extensive menu featuring over 90 items, including specialty boba teas, fresh brewed teas, fruit teas, fruit slushes, traditional Hong Kong Egg Waffles and other cake deserts. Furthermore, we provide a variety of seasonal beverages, such as red bean milk tea in the winter and lemon tea series exclusively for the summer.
